To help achieve a diverse workforce, Jacobs targets recruiting efforts by advertising in national publications such as Diversity/Careers in Engineering & Information Technology magazine, the NACE Diversity Job Choices magazine (distributed to 105 Historically Black Colleges and Universities, 175 Hispanic-Serving Institutions, 27 Tribal Colleges and 47 INROADS offices in major urban areas), the Alabama A&M Placement Manual, the Clark Atlanta University Career Guide, and the Florida A&M Career Guide.
