 Co-op and Intern Requirements:

 

To be an Intern you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently attending a four-year university on a full-time basis. If you are pursuing an engineering degree, your university must be ABET accredited.
  • Maintain good academic standing and a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Be able to show proof of U.S. citizenship as U.S. citizenship is a requirement for Intern positions.
  • Have completed your sophomore (second) year of university studies

To be a Co-op you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be currently attending a four-year university on a full-time basis. If you are pursuing an engineering degree, your university must be ABET accredited.
  • Maintain good academic standing and a minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
  • Be able to show proof of U.S. citizenship as U.S. citizenship is a requirement for Co-op positions.
  • Have completed 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours of university curriculum
  • Enrolled in your university's cooperative education program

The above requirements are strictly enforced per P2601.1, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Office of the General Manager. 

Note:  For students with Sophomore or Junior standing, you should plan to schedule a minimum of 3 work tours, alternated with full-time terms of school
